Lizzie Pistols
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Charge Time | Charge Multiplier | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
17.00 | 10 round(s) | 1.71 sec | 25% | 150% |
One of the most powerful pistols in the game is Lizzi’s Pink Iconic Tech Pistol. This comes in with extremely high DPS – 300+ and features numerous stats that can be further improved through crafting.
If you craft Lizzie’s Pistol, there will be further improvement across Thermal Damage, Charge time, charge multiplayer, Burn Chance, and Headshot Damage Multiplayer. This weapon works quite simply; it fires an extra round per shot, and the number of shots is increased when fully charged.
Lizzie’s pistol is very easy to find. All you have to do is head towards the Bar in Watson, where you meet Judy for the first time. Once inside, there will be a small table, where Johnny Silverhand first appears, and next to it, you will find this piece of awesome legendary weapon. The location for the bar is highlighted above, it is located in Watson, Little China.
Overture Power Revolver
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Weight | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
1.34 | 6 round(s) | 4.6 | 200% |
There is also Overture Power Legendary Revolver, which you can get absolutely free. This features a silver chromatic color, that gets topped off with insanely high damage per second. The Overture revolver can also come with two mod slots, supporting up to two attachments. These two attachments are the scope and muzzle.
Overture Legendary Pistol can be found in Watson, Northside. The exact location is marked above. You will have to head towards a compound where several gangsters combat the cops. Likewise, the gun would be placed on a barrel to equip.
Widow Maker
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Charge Time | Charge Multiplier | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
10.38 | 9 round(s) | 2.40 sec | 35% | 150% |
The Widow Maker is my personal go-to and favorite weapon in Cyberpunk 2077.
By default, it does chemical damage, which is an expansion of current bullet damage. Similarly, it has a charge time and multiplier, along with Headshot Damage Multiplier. Widow Maker works very similarly to other tech weapons. You have to hold off the bullet, and a bolt with serious damage is fired.
Widow Maker isn’t found in a specific location. Instead, you will have to do several missions for Panam, and in one of the missions. You will ambush a tunnel, where this weapon would be equipped on enemy NPC.
Scalpel
Attacks per second | Rarity | Mods | Slots |
2.34 | Rare/Iconic | Empty Melee mod slot | 1 |
Although Scalpel isn’t a weapon, it’s still a powerful combat item you can get for free. This can cut all enemies in half but also requires you to get close range. The scalpel is a Katana in Cyberpunk 2077, and it can be retrieved from a side mission that orders you to capture a dead body and return it for money.
Over at Watson, Little China, you can head to this bridge end. Once there, you will find a side mission leading you to Dennis, who will further explain the mission. Once you have done the mission and returned to Dennis, the Scalpel will be beside him on a barrel.
Comrade’s Hammer
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Charge Multiplier | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
0.26 | 1 round(s) | 25% | 200% |
The Comrade’s hammer is one of the best pistols in the game. Its DPS can go up to 2500+ and is classified in the tech category. The gun isn’t found directly. Instead, you will have to work around its crafting.
The crafting spec for Comrade’s Hammer can be found in Santa Domingo, Arroyo. It’s located at this police icon, where you will find it equipped on one of the gangsters. Move towards this location, kill everyone, and check the dead bodies for the loot. I’ve shared the picture for this legendary weapon above as well.
Monowire
Like the Mantis Blades, there is also Monowire, a highly specialized Cyberware that can be used to whip enemies. It’s not precisely a Cybware; instead, you could say it’s categorized in the weapons section. The Monowire is a melee weapon that can deal tremendous damage plus also help you get rid of enemies in close range. To get the Monowire in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0, you must visit Watson, Kabuki Region. Over there, a garage located on the edge of the map would have this item; once you get it, head over to Ripperdoc and get it installed.
Divided We Stand
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Mods | Slots | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
6.00 | 30 round(s) | Empty mod slots | 1 | 100% |
The Divided We Stand is one of the game’s most ridiculous and over-powerful guns. This has an adequate open cross-hair, so bullets from this gun automatically reach enemies. It’s like an aimbot in disguise, so don’t miss it.
The gun can be equipped in two ways. You can do a mission for a rancher outside Santa Domingo, Rancho Coronado. Or, you could kill everyone at the party, grab the gun, and leave.
This place or side mission called Stadium Love can be found below. It’s reasonable that you are only interested in the gun, so your option would be to kill everyone. Note that until and unless every person in this place is killed, you won’t be able to grab this legendary weapon.
All in all, Divided We Stand is a decent Smart Weapon. It features incredible chemical damage, which means that even If you aren’t spamming the enemy. The first two or three bullets would do their job. In a similar vein, its Poison Chance, along with Headshot Damage Multiplier, is also decent.
Fenrir
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
6.90 | 30 round(s) | 85% |
Are you looking for the base SMG In Cyberpunk 2077? Well, look no further. Fenrir is an outrageous SMG Power SMG that would melt all enemies with high recoil. The SMG comes in with decent DPS and Reddish skin that gets topped off with a rare/iconic class.
Fenrir might not be the best weapon that would deal high damage. However, it’s advantageous when you try to lock down various gangs. This can be once again found from a side mission, where you must comfort a monk whose brother needs rescuing. Once rescued, you will discover Fenrir placed on a table, allowing you to equip it. This side mission is located in Watson, Northside.
While looking for this, ensure you are going to the correct mission. There are three missions in this region; as I said, you must look for a monk.
Kongou
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
3.89 | 11 round(s) | 150% |
Suppose you haven’t encountered the Yorinobu mission, where you must spy. Then, you are lucky because this rare piece of Legendary weapon can only be found through the Yorinobu mission.
Once you are given the task of finding hidden equipment in Yorinobu’s apartment, you will have the chance to scan it completely. While doing that, this Power Pistol called Kongou would be available inside Yorinobu’s bed table.
Skippy
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
4.55 | 30 round(s) | 150% |
Skippy is Cyberpunk 2077’s most deadly and unique weapon. It has a feature where you are taking down enemies. It’ll throw a random comedic narrative to calm things and get you laughing.
Skippy can be retrieved from Vista Del Rey in the region of Heywood. Subsequently, an unnamed Side Job would ultimately get you this weapon. The exact location for this side job is shown above.
Plan B Pistol
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
3.75 | 12 round(s) | 150% |
At this point, I can’t keep saying Unique Weapons of Cyberpunk 2077. Because this piece of weapon is probably nothing you would have seen so far. The Plan B Pistol is classified in the Rare/Iconic Power Category.
The Plan B Pistol belonged to Dexter DeShawn. If you remember correctly, he was left dead in a dirt pile. Thankfully, Dexter’s corpse is still there, and If you visit the outskirts of Night City, at the location shown above. Dexter will be there, and this Plan-B Pistol will be equipped for him.
Besides having infinite ammo, the Plan-B pistol also comes with decent stats consisting of dischargeable physical damage, bonus ricochet damage, bleeding chance, and Headshot Shot Multiplier. I didn’t find it very overpowerful; however, if aimed correctly, the bonus Riachet Damage could prove useful.
Overwatch
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
0.30 | 4 round(s) | 255% |
The Overwatch Sniper is categorized in the Legendary Tier and features Power Tier. The weapon features a stunning 500 DPS that gets an additional bonus through brutal 900 Physical Damage, +40.98% Crit Chance, +100% Crit Damage, 10% Bleeding Chance, and most importantly 2.10 Headshot Damage Multiplier. Another overlooked aspect of this sniper is the Increased Reload Speed, which is enhanced through the custom silencer.
These stats do look confusing, but If you want the best legendary weapon in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty. Look no further; the Overwatch Sniper is one hell of a unit if you can handle it.
You will have to do quests for Panam without discouraging her motives to get the Overwatch weapon. While playing through her quests look for a side quest called “Riders on The Storm“. Once you finish this mission, Panam will gift you this awesome piece of the legendary weapon.
Liberty
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
3.75 | 14 round(s) | 150% |
Liberty becomes competitive and would be better than many Legendary Pistols in the game. It features relatively similar stats as Plan B, with 46-56 Damage and 194 DPS. Its physical damage, along with crit damage, is significantly better than Plan B.
Moreover, the Headshot Damage Multiplier is also decent If you can land good shots. The only sector where it would rank below Plan B is the bleeding chance, which is 3% lower. Obviously, all these stats can be improved through crafting and mods, but a general weapon tier comparison would place them here.
The Liberty Pistol and D5 Sidewinder, a rival to Divided We Stand, can be found from a weapon vendor outside Night City. He sits next to a fast travel point and runs a small shop through his van. The Location for this legendary weapon is highlighted above.
Mantis Blades & Katana
One of the crazy combat items in Cyberpunk 2077 is Mantis Blades. You would have seen the viral videos in which players slay enemies through Mantis Blades. These are probably some of the most effective combat items in the game if used properly through the Cyberwear. It can be useful in all combat scenarios.
To get the Mantis Blades, you will have to defeat an extremely powerful Cyberpsycho. He only has the Katana at his disposal, but his shadow ability would allow him to teleport instantly. When you are approaching the Arasaka Tower in the City Centre, Corpo Plaza, make sure. You are well equipped with all sorts of weaponry to fight him. [Location Shown in the image below]
Once the Cyberpsycho is defeated, you will get his Katana, which has 1000 DPS. On top of that, you will also find these Mantis Blades topped along with several other important items.
L-69 ZHUO
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
0.87 | 4×8 round(s) | 100% |
The L-69 ZHUO is the best Legendary Shotgun by a mile in Cyberpunk 2077. It comes in with ridiculous damage of 700+ DPS, which is further enhanced through the Smart tier, meaning you don’t have to be bothered by poor aim; All bullets land straight on the enemy.
In addition to this, it also features a decent amount of thermal damage, which isn’t surprising considering this weapon is a shotgun. You also get moderate Crit Chance along with brutal Damage and lucky Burn Chance plus Headshot Damage Multiplier.
NOTE: Suppose the gun shop only has the Rare or Uncommon Tier of this weapon. Go with the old meta, and reload the game numerous times until he has the legendary L-69 ZHUO. This can be done by saving the game outside the shop.
La Chingona Dorada
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
2.34 | 10 round(s) | 150% |
If you remember the late Jackie Welles, then you would also not forget his iconic pistol La Chingona Dorada. This is classified as one of the best-looking weapons in the game and can also be handy across many missions. The La Chingona Dorada features the power tier and has reduced reload speed and an extra mod slot. In addition, it also carries the ability to apply “Burn and Stun.”
To get Jackie’s Pistol, you will have to visit Heywood, The Glen. Over there, enter the El Coyote Cojo Bar, and inside you will find Jackie’s weapon on a table.
Note that it is imperative you have done all the remaining of Jackie’s mission and gone through the funeral process. This happens after the Heroes sidequest, which can be viewed on the mobile.
Cocktail Stick
Similar to the Katana found earlier. There is also a Cocktail Stick in the game. This is another Melee weapon, extremely rare, and comes in at Rare/Iconic class.
The Cocktail Stick can be retrieved in two ways. First, If you haven’t completed the Automatic Love quest, then it would be easier. When going to Clouds in the Automatic Love Quest, head over to the VIP section, and don’t forget to kill the guard in the washroom and get the VIP Pass. Once inside, you will find Cocktail Stick on the table.
In case you have already done the Cocktail Stick mission. Then It would be a bit hard, but not impossible. You have to find a way and get inside Clouds. Many Cyberpunk 2077 players already know the Clouds trick, and suppose you aren’t. Here is how you can get inside Clouds and get the iconic Cocktail Stick.
M2038 Tactician
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
1.21 | 8 round(s) | 100% |
Although I have already covered the best Legendary Shotgun, still, if you aren’t satisfied with the L-69 ZHUO’s service, then luckily I have another, which is called M2038 Tactician. This comes in at Power Category and, as expected, with higher damage but slower reload speed.
To get the M2038 Tactician, you will have to visit a highly guarded hood in the Santa Domingo – Arroyo Region. Once there, defeat all enemies, and this shotgun will be accessible on a small table across the constructions.
Prototype: Shingen Mark V
Attacks per second | Clip Size | Headshot Damage Multiplier |
4.55 | 30 round(s) | 100% |
The last and probably the best legendary weapon in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 is Prototype: Shingen Mark V. This gets categorized in Smart and comes as a replica of the grenade launcher. The Prototype: Shingen Mark V shoots explosive rounds that can hit enemies directly through the Smart tier.
Moreover, its default stats are good, but these can become very good through further crafting. It features 4.55 Attack Per Second and has decent Thermal Damage Crit Chance, Crit Damage, Headshot Multiplier, and a slight chance of Burn.
If you want this weapon, ensure Smart Link Cyberware is available. Other than that, this can be found over at Santo Domingo, Arroyo Region. There is also another way, which is through the story, but suppose you have missed it. Head over to the place shown above, and you will find the Prototype: Shingen Mark V.
My Take On The Best Legendary Weapons
I can attest to the significant impact of legendary weapons on gameplay. My weapon of choice, the Scalpel, while unconventional, offers a unique and satisfying combat experience. This iconic Katana, obtained through a side mission in Watson’s Little China, can effortlessly cleave through enemies, making close-range encounters a breeze. The Scalpel’s free acquisition and the distinct thrill of cutting foes in half make it a memorable choice for any V who enjoys a more hands-on approach.
Additionally, I’ve found Lizzie’s Pink Iconic Tech Pistol to be a reliable second choice. With its high DPS and crafting potential to enhance various stats, it complements the Scalpel’s melee-centric gameplay by providing versatile, long-range firepower.
Takeaways
Finding the best Legendary weapons in Cyberpunk 2077 isn’t hard. In fact, all these shared above were located after playing the game for hundreds of hours and presenting a list from the relative experience. I have gone through every weapon in the game, considering stats and additional factors.
Cyberpunk 2077 allows you to equip three weapons at a time, and these could be of any tier. If you have played the game more and are rich, equipping all Legendary Weapons with decent Cyberware would make your character impeccable. Also, do not forget about Armor and its importance in combat.
If other weapons should be considered brutal and top-notch, please suggest them in the comments below.
