Firstly, the Blackcliff Longsword is one of the best 4-star weapons in Genshin, as it has a base attack of 44. 

The skills that it can offer are listed as follows in my opinion: 

  • Crit Damage is boosted by 8.0%. 
  • Using Press The Advantage skill, after an opponent is murdered, the attack gets enhanced by 12% for 30 seconds, and the skill gets 3 stacks. 

The best free characters to use the Blackcliff Longsword on are listed as follows: 

  • Kaeya: Good Cryo DPS. 
  • Ayaka: 5-star Cryo DPS.
  • Ayato: Broken Hydro DPS. 
  • Kuki: Sub-DPS unit
  • Jean: Good healer. 

When it comes to the refinement levels for the sword, they are present as follows:

  • R1: After an enemy is defeated, the attack gets boosted by 12%.

Moving on, another great sword that I have personally tried out for the Genshin Best Star Swords is the Sacrificial Sword. 

It is a four-star sword with a base attack of 41 and has 13.3% base energy recharge, making it perfect for main DPSes as well as sub-DPSes. 

The skills that are offered by the Sacrificial Sword are below, in my opinion:

  • By using Composed, after an enemy is a murderer with the elemental skill, there is a 40% chance to end the cool-down for the skill.

The best characters to use with the Sacrificial Best Genshin Impact Swords are mentioned below:

  • Kazuha: excellent crowd control unit 
  • Jean: Good healer
  • Traveler: Good battery
  • Kirara: Dendro applicator 
  • Xingqiu: Best in slot

The refinement levels for the sword are mentioned as follows in my opinion:

The best characters that can be used with the Xiphos Moonlight are below:

  • Xingqiu: Good Support

  • Windfall has allowed me a 60% chance for my Crit Hits to generate a few particles during combat. 

The best characters to use with the Genshin Impact Besr Star Swords are as follows: 

  • Bennett: Excellent Elemental Burst support. 
  • Xingqiu: Best Elemental Skill support. 
  • Kazuha: Perfect Crowd Control 
  • Nilou: Amazing Hyperbloom application. 

As far as the Refinement Levels are concerned, they are present here below:
