Although there are a variety of characters in the Spider-Verse, only twelve can fit in the BEST possible deck. Since there are characters more potent in Marvel Snap than compared to the Spider-Verse, we recommend you not use this deck too much in the competitive mode. It is mainly for players who prefer trying out a deck consisting of a specific type only.

The overall cost of the deck is three, of which four cards cost only two. However, the power breakdown shows an average of 4.2 power. Therefore, at a lower cost, you will have a higher power turn. It is possible that you use multiple cards in a single turn.

So, to prevent a location from being full of cards, you will be needing Carnage or Venom so they can clear out the location and keep the power. Moreover, the Spider-Verse deck will be playable when you are above the collection level 474.

There is one card that requires a collection level between 1-14, and one card is of Symbiote Invasion Season. Two cards are from Pool 1, three cards are from Pool 2, and a total of five cards are from Pool 3. Since there are five cards from Pool 3, you will have to unlock the cards quickly in order to play the Spider-Verse deck.

The Venom Card [image credit: eXputer]
If you don’t have Carnage on your deck, then there is always an option to use the Venom card. The card contains a cost of three energy and power of one. The purpose of it is the same as that of Carnage. It will destroy all other cards in the location and add their powers to itself. Since it is a Pool 3 card, you need to be above the collection level 462 to have a chance of unlocking it.

BEST Strategy For The Deck

Since the cost breakdown on average is three, as there are four cards that cost only two energy. Therefore, you can use multiple cards in turns after the second round. You do not need to worry about filling a particular location fully, as you will be having Carnage in your deck.

In case you don’t have Carnage, or you are planning on using enough multiple cards that only one Carnage card will not be enough, then you can bring in the Venom card. The Venom card will do the same thing as it will destroy all your cards in that location and add the destroyed cards’ power to Venom’s card.

The opener card in your deck will be the Nightcrawler card. You have the chance to play the card in the most prolific location. It will allow you to move the card later on so you can place a more powerful card in its place.

The Scorpion card will help you in the second and third turns when opponents usually play a lower power card. The lower card will get a debuff of -1 due to Scorpion’s ability which will easily lower their score.

Make sure that you play Lizard early on in the game, and there are multiple reasons for it. It is a low-cost card with high power, so use it in the second or third round as well. If you use it in the late stages of the game in a location where the opponent has already placed four cards, then there will be a debuff of -3.

The purpose of the Green Goblin and Hobgoblin card is simple. Use it to win a location easily by subtracting the opponent’s power from the power of the card you are using. However, if you feel like the opponent is gaining an advantage through a location’s ability. Then place Rhino in it so you can disable the location’s ability.

Moreover, you should have patience when Spider-Man (Miles Morales) is on your deck. Although the card is good at a cost of four energy and five power, you should be aiming to use it for only a cost of one energy. Wait for your opponent to move a card so you can finally use it with one energy. Lastly, use Doctor Octopus in the last turn to finish off the game properly.

Final Words

All in all, the BEST Marvel Snap Spider-Verse deck will be fun to play with. Not only that, but the strategy for the deck is also pretty strong as well. All you need to have apart from the cards are timing and patience. However, we would not recommend you use it in competitive mode, especially when the stakes are high.
