How To Build A Defensive Wall — In this guide we entail on how to build a defensive wall in Sons Of Forest.

Defensive Walls in Sons Of Forest comes into play by giving you shelter from the dangers of the outside world. Once you settle down in your shelter, you will also need to protect yourself from the various cannibals and monsters roaming around the island.

IMPORTANT: If you want to make your base secure and free of monsters and cannibals, then you will definitely want to make extensive use of defensive walls as they are the best first line of defense and are indestructible by the enemies.

Now, to build a defensive wall you will need an axe and a bunch of logs.

Now, before you can get to making the defensive wall, you will need a bunch of resources and tools that are crucial to building the wall. Furthermore, there are two main things that you require, and they are as the following:

An axe
A lot of logs

The main challenge of the process will be to collect a lot of logs, due to the fact that you will need a lot of it in order to cover the entire base area. However, it is not that much complicated to gather logs, as all you need to do is chop down trees and add them to your inventory. How To Build A Defensive Wall

After you have collected enough logs, you can get started on constructing the defensive wall around your shelter. Now, to start off, you will first need to pick up some logs from your inventory and rotate them around using the right mouse button. This is because, by default you will be carrying the logs horizontally and in order to make the defensive wall, you need to equip them vertically.

The next step is to look at the ground and wait for a white circle to appear like the one in the above image. Once the circle appears, you will need to place the logs down. Now repeat this until you have quarantined off all the areas that you want to. After this, you have got a wall of logs that look sturdy enough to hold off the cannibals.

However, there is still one last step that will make them into a defensive wall. And to do that, you will need to equip your axe and aim towards the top of the log wall, where you will notice a red triangle indicating from where you need to point off the logs. Just hold the left mouse button down and let the axe do its magic which will turn the top of the logs into a point. And thus completing the process of building a defensive wall.
