First the nerf for Starscourge Radahn being too hard of a optional boss fight in Elden Ring and now we have Armored Core 6 patch nerfing three of the bosses of Chapter 1,2 and 4. Honestly I'm not surprised Fromsoftware go with this because the criticism but its just "Skill Issue" pic.twitter.com/wp04TLndX2

FromSoftware also nerfed Radahn, an optional boss fight from Elden Ring, a while after its launch. The pre-nerf Radahn was an exhilarating, intense, and difficult fight. However, after the nerf, the optional boss became much less difficult and less challenging, making fans who had fought him pre-nerf slightly disappointed with the overall changes. But FromSoftware released an update afterward, making the boss a challenge once again.

dude im so ******* pissed, it sucks being broke and having to get new games a bit late because I didn't get to fight pre-nerf radahn, and Now I don't get to fight balteus as he was originally designed. I don't like this new direction From is taking with outright nerfing bosses https://t.co/3DmwSvJWX0

Armored Core 6’s bosses weren’t difficult without reason. The infamously huge difficulty spike BALTEUS helped by preparing players for further difficult challenges that were yet to come. Besides BALTEUS, the SEA SPIDER and IB-01: CEL240 were also fun and challenging fights pre-nerf. However, with the right build, you could still thrash these bosses with ease.
I love how there are exactly 3 legit really hard bosses in armored core 6 (relative to your progression on your first run) and the first official patch nerfed two of them and made one that was already easy, easier

While many fans were disappointed with the recent changes, some were grateful for the nerfs as it made it easy for them to progress through the story. This also raises another question of whether toning down the difficulty of the game and making it more accessible for the audience was the right move by FromSoftware or not.
Armored Core 6 was released on 25 August for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PC. Armored Core 6, developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco, comes about a decade after Armored Core 5 and features excellent customization options for fans.
