Let’s start with driver customization. You’ll have to select a model and then customize your way out according to your preferences. There are a lot of options available in the driver customization section. You can add face tattoos, makeup, dirt, and even bandages if that’s your type.

After all that is done, you can get to the clothing section. The game features Brand Collection, which includes all the gear from a single brand if you want to tailor all your gear, focusing on clothing from one brand alone. If you want to mix it up, you can choose the All Clothing section.

Now, let’s move on to car customization. Need for Speed Unbound allows you to truly turn your car into a work of art. To access car customization, you’ll have to get to your safe house and select the “Rides” section.

You’ll then be able to choose one of the four options: Style, Performance, Buy and Sell, and All My Rides.

The Style section will include all your visual customizations. In Performance, you’ll be able to ensure that your car is the fastest there is. Buy and Sell will allow you to sell your cars and buy better ones. Lastly, All My Rides will display all the cars in your possession.

The Style section is full of customization features. You can customize just about anything, from the headlights to the taillights. You’ll also have a whole bunch of decals, fonts, street art, and other content to turn your car into a unique beauty.

The game also introduces Legendary Customs. These customizations are a new addition to the Need for Speed universe and will allow you to transform your car’s parts into something unique and dashing.

The game will also include Driving Effects. These effects include Tags that will explode as you ride your way in Lakeshore City. The Driving Effects also feature Samples. These Samples allow you to customize the “audio” of your car. You’ll be able to change the sound of shifting gears, high speed, horn, and many other things.

If you don’t want your car to be too flashy, you can select the “Cloaked” version, a toned-down version of these Tags. And, if you want to reduce the stylized audio, you can choose the “Silent” sample.

The best part of the customization is that you’ll be able to share your custom designs with the rest of the community. You’ll also be able to use someone else’s design from the community as your own. However, keep in mind that community sharing is locked by the platform.

Time for some performance upgrades. The performance section gives the player two choices. You can customize your engine piece by piece or do all of it in one go.

Need for Speed Unbound by Electronic Arts will let you change and upgrade each individual part of your engine. Once you’ve made some name in Lakeshore City and gathered enough cash, you can access several other features, such as the Auxilary.
