Pokemon Scarlet & Violet revisits its old roots; it will revert to offering two distinct base versions of the same game. In other words, you will not be able to get a hold of every Pokemon just under one version of the title. Furthermore, your character’s costume will depend on which version you are playing.

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet are the 9th generation of Pokemon games highly anticipated in the community. The 9th generation is the first open-world RPG in the entire series, as confirmed by the Pokemon company. This open-world approach may work out for the Pokemon video games franchise.

The official website cites the open world, “Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet offer an open-world experience that only the Pokémon series can deliver—one welcoming even to newcomers to the series.” This innovative formula might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but most fans have lauded the open-world approach.

You can experience a new style of adventure, with a world that you’re” free to explore at your leisure and not in an order dictated by the story.” Despite going open world, the trainers will be free to traverse the lands for Pokemon at their own pace without worrying about a narrative forcing them to follow it.

It continues, “You will, of course, journey to hone your skills as a Pokémon Trainer, but many more discoveries and stories await you. Meet a variety of people and Pokémon, and adventure in the world of Pokémon the way you want to.”

Lastly, the game will also feature four-player multiplayer. However, we are unsure whether this will be for local or online multiplayer. This is also the first multiplayer mode in the series so the fans are highly excited.
