Insomniac Games — the developer — made an official post on X (formerly Twitter), that PS5 players can now start the pre-load.

Moreover, we now also know the initial file size of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 but bear in mind that this is without the day one patch that the title would likely be receiving on the PlayStation 5.
