The leak features 42 total trophies with the massive 1,320 points that come with it. There is the usual Platinum trophy, which users can earn after finishing every task hidden within Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Combat-related trophies and more can also be acquired after reaching certain levels and doing specific tasks. The entire list appeared soon on the site after Insomniac Games revealed a partial list of trophies to satiate the hunger of fans.

We have learned plenty of particulars that were publicized in the partial trophy list, but nothing too worthy of being called a spoiler. However, one of the trophies did cause a lot of speculation to brew in the community. It supposedly hints towards a playable Venom in some way. The Evolved trophy noted in the leak requires players to “defeat 100 enemies with Evolved Venom abilities.”

While the prospect of playing as Venom in the game does align with previous rumors, it seems far from the truth. The trophy talks about Miles’s exclusive bioelectric powers, as answered by Insomniac Games to a curious fan. The trophy Grains of Sand has also made players speculate that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 may feature an encounter with the Sandman.

Additionally, there is no trophy for NG+ —the new game plus mode has not been confirmed for the title so far. The NG+ trophies are usually added after the launch of Sony titles, after all. Players are still concerned on the forums because the PS5 Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales version had NG+ trophies before the launch.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has already gone gold. It is slated to release on October 20, 2023, for PlayStation 5 exclusively. Despite the lingering rumors of release cancelation in the Middle East, the entry will be available in the region per the recent developments.
