- Semtex is the best lethal equipment you can have for this loadout.
- The Semtex grenade sticks to anything you throw it at, so you might as well aim it at the opponent. If you’re lucky, you can even get a squad wipe!
- Munitions Box is a great Field Upgrade, as it comes in handy when you run out of bullets and need a quick resupply.
- Quick-Grip gloves increase the swapping speed between your weapons, so you can easily switch to the Renetti when you run out of bullets for your primary Holger 556.
- Stalker Boots provides you with an increase in Strafe in ADS Speed. The increase will help you better avoid bullets and fire back simultaneously.
