The art book for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which comes with the Collector’s Edition of the Nintendo Switch game, has leaked online.

Nintendo has been hiding the game’s numerous mysteries from players until release, but this latest leak provides the most definite glimpse at what’s to expect in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom yet.

The art book in discussion is not sold separately. Nintendo announced a Collector’s Edition for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom as part of the Nintendo Direct in early February.

The package costs $129.99 and includes a Steelbook, a poster, a pin set, and the referenced art book. The Collector’s Edition of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is meant to be released on the same day as the standard version, therefore this is a huge leak of an unreleased item.

Someone with alleged access to the art book contained in the Tears of the Kingdom special edition set shared a few photographs from it on Reddit, and hundreds more have since appeared.

They depict numerous NPCs, settings, and even costumes for Link, and while they appear plausible, there is no way to determine whether they are genuine or contrived.

Game leaks aren’t uncommon these days, but fans seem especially hungry for them. Despite releasing two trailers for the open-world sequel, Nintendo has revealed almost nothing about Tears of the Kingdom’s perspective on Hyrule, its gameplay structure, or even who else Link encounters on his quest.

204 pages detailing costumes, locations, enemies, and weapons have leaked. There isn’t a single image of Ganon, for example. There’s a Zelda artwork, but no word on whether she’ll be playable. We get a look at the horrific change Link appears to be undergoing, but it’s little more than what we’ve seen in trailers.

We do know it’ll be the Switch’s biggest game, at least in terms of file size, and the most expensive.
