Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: How To Get Gerudo Outfit

Everyone loved the Gerudo outfit in Breath of the Wild due to its high heat resistance, and now there is a similar armor outfit available in Tears of the Kingdom. However, instead of the Gerudo outfit, you will get the Desert Voe armor set in the Gerudo location, which is also one of the best heat-resistant armor in the Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Also, in order to get to the Gerudo town itself, you will be required to wear female clothes, which previously appeared in Breath of the Wild as the Gerudo outfit. 

How To Get The Gerudo Outfit 

You won’t be able to obtain the Tears of the Kingdom Gerudo outfit until you enter the Gerudo town location. However, as soon as you reach the area, you will learn that men are not able to enter Gerudo.

While you won’t be able to find any lady’s outfit before you enter the Gerudo town itself, therefore you will have to find another way to enter. 

Going To The Gerudo Town 

First, you will be required to go to the town to get the outfit, and it is located in the southwestern region of Hyrule. Furthermore, it is right in the middle of the Gerudo desert, with harsh environments that can be quite detrimental to your health.

But before you can explore the desert, you will have to get the Desert Voe armor which will help you against the heat.  

1. There are two ways by which you can enter the Gerudo town, and it’s by going through the sewers or the throne room. From the sewers, you will be able to access the Gerudo town.
2. There will be a lot of bottles with notes inside, and you have to follow the stream with these bottles until the very end. Soon you will see a rope that you can use to go above and enter the town.
3. Other than that, you can use the throne room and interact with the strange statue to drop down to the Gerudo town shelter.

4. Before you can find the Desert Voe armor, you can use other heat resistance sources like the chill shrooms or the cool saffinas, as well as potions made by fireproof lizards. 

Gerudo Armor 

The rest of the pieces of the Desert Voe armor can be found by exploring the desert.

This armor is very similar to the Gerudo outfit in Tears of the Kingdom, and it has high heat resistance.

Desert Voe Headband 

The first piece in the Desert Voe armor set is the Desert Voe headband, and it can be obtained in the Kara Kara Bazaar.

This bazaar can be found near the Gerudo Canyon skyview tower. Here you will have to go opposite the Oasis to meet a Gerdudo called Saula.

1. She will sell you the desert with a headband for 450 credits, and you will need it ultimately to venture into this area.

1. To get there, you will have to first go inside the Gerudo shelter and look for the throne. After entering the palace, get behind the throne and use your ultra-hand ability to interact with the statue there.
2. This will, in turn, open up a way for you to enter the shelter. You will also be given the task of finding Riju here. 
3. Now to get to the secret shop to obtain the Tears of the Kingdom Gerudo outfit or the Desert Voe armor. For that, you will have to look for the entrance of the Gerudo town and go left.
4. Keep moving forward until you come across a well. You will be able to descend it and swim through the stream until you come across a Stonewall.
5. Destroy it with a fused weapon and keep moving forward until you come across another pathway. Here you will eventually see dry land.

6. You need to go up from here to reach the secret armor shop. After that, you will be able to get the Desert Voe armor set as well as two greaves that will allow you to pass through sand and snow. 
7. In case you are not able to find the shop, you can use the coordinates – 3793, -2924, and 0043. 
8. From the secret shop, you will be able to obtain the sapphire circlet, Desert Voe trousers, and Desert Voe spaulder.
