Stellar Blade’s Trophy List Reveals You Might Be Able To Play As Another Character Too

What's better than one hot-as-hell Naytiba slayer? Two hot-as-hell Naytiba slayers.

Story Highlights

  • Stellar Blade is an upcoming PS5 exclusive, and one of the most anticipated releases of the year.
  • It stars Eve as the main playable character, but an indication shows another could be playable too.
  • Tachy is the leader of Eve’s squad and is recognized as a “decorated soldier.”

Thanks to PowerPyx revealing Stellar Blade’s unlockable trophies for when the title finally releases, it’s very much possible that Eve won’t be the only character players will be getting their hands on. Scroll down to the “Revenging Agent” trophy and read its description, which says, “Defeated 50 enemies in Tachy Mode.” $10 says we get to play as Tachy in Stellar Blade, but eh, I don’t know for sure until it actually comes out.

What’s The Big Deal With Tachy Anyway?

I mean, aside from being “the courageous leader of the 7th Airborne Squad,” Tachy’s a walking, talking weapon of stylish destruction, coupled with that tinge of an accent she’s got going on. She seems equally capable as Eve, if not more, but I’m sure the added option for being able to play as another character lubes others’ bearings as much as it does mine.

Oh, and strengthening this rumor of a story is a dedicated trailer that PlayStation released a while ago, focusing on Tachy for a fair bit. It certainly further solidifies the case, hinting that Eve’s commander could very well turn out to be playable, no matter if under a selective mode only.

More About Stellar Blade That You Should Know

So the game’s coming out later in April for the PlayStation 5 as an exclusive title, developed by Korean developer Shift Up, with its download size surprisingly being around 35 GB. The combat of the action-adventure is a mix of Bayonetta, Sekiro, and Nier, but I’m sure you must have figured as much by now, playing through its demo that was released on March 29.

Oh, and if you still haven’t pre-ordered Stellar Blade, head on over to Playasia and get it for a discount. I believe this is the game’s first price cut prior to its release.
