The biggest addition to the patch includes the new Conqueror of Jiangdong DLC. New characters, weapons, accessories, and battlefields have been added to Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty as part of the DLC. It can be played via an individual purchase through Season Pass. Additionally, users must complete the main battlefield first to jump into the DLC.

The higher difficulty mode, dubbed “Path of the Heavenly Dragon,” pits players against tough enemies and bosses. Difficult foes will also result in higher upgrade levels and rarity drops. It raises the level cap of users but can only be accessed under certain conditions. A specific number of battlefields under the Path of the Soaring Dragon difficulty need to be tackled, and either any of two DLCs or the Season Pass is needed to unlock it.

The Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty devs have also brought a whole new endgame content section dubbed “The Thousand-Mile Journey.” It features stages to let users battle with various enemies and conditions set in place. The players can either go for easier routes or face even higher challenges for better rewards.

New enemies, wizardry spells, and martial arts techniques have also been added to the entry. Moreover, the patch brings a whole new type of weapon, the famed long sword. The large blade allows for more dynamic action than a regular sword.

The maximum number of martial arts per weapon has been raised from 2 to 6. The hammer and pole axe also grant users super armor from the start of the attack to focus on their tank-like capabilities. Individual adjustments have also been made to every sort of weapon, divine beasts, wizardry spells, martial arts, warrior set bonuses, grace effects, and more.

The Lies of P collaborating brings weapons straight to the Souls-like. They include the curved sabre, Puppet’s Saber, and the Etiquette sword. They work almost the same way as the original game for an authentic experience. The update also fixes a miscellany of bugs that have haunted the Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty users. The next update will fix the bug preventing martial arts techniques from being randomly assigned to weapons.
