How To Open House 221b On Elysion Boulevard 

To open House 221b in Lies of P, give the Crafted Cryptic Vessel found near St. Frangelico’s Cathedral to Venigni, then knock down the hanging puppet near Krat City Hall to get the Letter that opens 221b.

The basic objectives here are to get the Crafted Cryptic Vessel, then get the Letter with the Refuge’s Address, and finally open the house using that letter.

Find The Crafted Cryptic Vessel

Here’s how you can find the Crafted Cryptic Vessel in Lies of P:

1. Starting from the St. Frangelico’s Cathedral Chapel Stargazer, follow the debris and descend the ladder to reach a room flooded with Decay.
2. Climb the ladder at the backside of the room and follow the wooden planks to reach the topmost floor with the rotating mechanisms.
3. Continue sprinting across the planks on this floor while avoiding enemy encounters, then descend the ladder at the far end to get to a wrecking ball section.
4. Ascend the ramp by sticking close to the righthand wall to avoid the falling wrecking ball, then continue the straightforward to reach a platforming section.
5. After jumping onto the second platform, interact with the goblet of fire, then teleport back to the Cathedral Chapel Stargazer.
6. Return to the Decay-flooded room, and you’ll see the Decay inside has burnt away, revealing a staircase.
7. Descend the staircase, and it’ll eventually lead you to a chest that has the Crafted Cryptic Vessel.

Obtain The Letter With The Refuge’s Address

After getting the Crafted Cryptic Vessel, you can find the Letter with the Refuge’s Address in Lies of P using the following procedure:

1. Return to Hotel Krat, give the Crafted Cryptic Vessel to Venigni, and select the “Decipher the Cryptic Vessel” option.
2. Once you get the Crafted Cryptic Vessel Decryption from him, teleport to the Krat City Hall Stargazer, turn around, and go to the hanging puppet on the other side of the bridge.
3. Aim at the puppet and use a Throwing Object on it, after which it’ll drop the Letter with the Refuge’s Address.

Get The Reward

With the Letter in possession, here’s how you can enter and get the reward from 221b on Elysion Boulevard in Lies of P:

1. Teleport to the Inside the House in Elysion Boulevard Stargazer and head out to the balcony.
