COD MW3 Zombies: Toxic Damage Kills

Learn what is Toxic Damage and how to deal Toxic Damage Kills in Call of Duty: MW3 Zombies to complete your challenges and unlock camos.

If you’re playing Call Of Duty MW3 Zombies, you might be required to complete certain challenges to unlock various weapon camos. One such challenge is to get 250 Toxic Damage Kills to unlock the Blister Digital TAC-56 camo. Unfortunately, the game doesn’t provide any additional information about Toxic Damage.

Key Takeaways
  • You must get Toxic Damage Kills in MW3 Zombies to complete challenges or unlock camos.
  • You can use Experimental Gas or the Brain Rot Ammo Mod to obtain Toxic Damage Kills.
  • Experimental Gas can be found easily during a match.
  • Brain Rot Ammo Mod is difficult to find as they are only present in Aether Caches.

How To Deal Toxic Damage

You can achieve Toxic Damage Kills in MW3: Zombies by following two methods:

1. Experimental Gas

To get Toxic Damage kills, you can use Experimental Gas. When you throw Experimental Gas at zombies, it slows them down. If you manage to kill the zombies while under the Experimental Gas effect, it will count as a Toxic Damage Kill.

How To Get

Experimental Gas is a common item found in matches, dropped by enemies, or discovered in lootable areas such as Loot Caches. When you arrange your loadout, you can equip experimental gear as your tactical gear before a new ma

2. Brain Rot Ammo Mod

This allows you to kill the zombies by shooting and getting Toxic Damage Kills directly. You’ll find different elemental ammo mods in MW3: Zombies having different specialties. You need to equip Brain Rot Ammo Mod specifically to get Toxic Damage Kills.

How To Get

Finding the Brain Rot Ammo Mod in MW3: Zombies can be challenging compared to Experimental Gas. This particular mod can only be obtained as a random drop from Aether Caches found in Infested Strongholds or Aether Nests. So, watch for these caches if you want to get your hands on this item. You can also find its schematics during a match. Successful exfil allows you to craft the ammo for future matches.

My Opinion On Scoring Kills Via Toxic Damage

Obtaining Toxic Damage Kills in the game is not a difficult task. You must acquire the Experimental Gas or the Brain Rot Ammo Mod to obtain Toxic Damage Kills. I recommend you to go for the Brain Rot Ammo Mod, which allows you to easily shoot down the zombies and get as many Toxic Damage Kills as you want. But remember, finding it is pretty difficult.

Alternatively, you can collect enough Experimental Gas and throw it at a group of zombies to efficiently use it and get your desired number of Toxic Damage Kills. You can complete your Toxic Damage Kill challenges to unlock camos or to complete the story missions by either one of the methods.
