I recommend you to go for the Brain Rot Ammo Mod, which allows you to easily shoot down the zombies and get as many Toxic Damage Kills as you want. But remember, finding it is pretty difficult.

Alternatively, you can collect enough Experimental Gas and throw it at a group of zombies to efficiently use it and get your desired number of Toxic Damage Kills. You can complete your Toxic Damage Kill challenges to unlock camos or to complete the story missions by either one of the methods.
