A leaked Sonic Frontier Footage features Big The Cat in his own mini-game.

Big the Cat is an iconic character from SEGA‘s “Sonic the Hedgehog” franchise that first appeared in Sonic Adventure in 1999 for the Dreamcast console. The fan-favorite character has surfaced in a leaked Sonic Frontier video that showcases the figure while he fishes away for aquatic life.

Big the Cat loves to fish and has a kind and gentle personality while also being incredibly strong and durable, making the character quite lovable.

Sonic Frontiers is set to release on November 8, 2022, for several platforms. The video game has manifested hype and is expected to have lots of content for the players.

The Sonic Frontiers video game was playable for the first time during the Gamescom 2022 event, which allowed the fans to try the game to get first-hand experience. The leaked video game footage was also recorded during the said event. Take a look at it yourself below (thanks VGC).

The leaked video game footage shows Sonic speeding through the terrain till he comes across the “Western Fishing Spot.”

The spot features a fishing mini-game with Big the Cat as its host. Big the Cat teaches Sonic how to fish during the mini-game, where the player has to catch fish to earn Treasure Tokens, which can then be traded for several valuable items.

Before this video came out, there were signs of the character’s inclusion in the Sonic Frontier game but no concrete evidence. Big the Cat’s return has made the fans even more excited about the upcoming video game, and they eagerly await the title’s release.
