Story Highlights

  • EA Motive Iron Man job listing has teased RPG elements for the game.
  • The said elements would possibly allow fans to trick out the Iron Man armor.
  • Iron Man is still in its pre-production stage.

The latest job posting by EA Motive for the upcoming Iron Man game has teased the integration of RPG elements into the game. EA Motive Iron Man has been confirmed for a while and has recently taken a hit among the gaming community with several headliners. There isn’t a lot known about the game but it being developed on Unreal Engine 5 offers some degree of confidence in its quality.

While the developers have already confirmed Iron Man’s action-adventure genre, there still run rampant speculations about the elements it could include. To answer that, a recent job listing calls for a Senior System Designer who, alongside vast industry experience, should also be familiar with “action games and RPGs” (thanks Tech4Gamers).

Coming to think of it, Tony Stark built an entire Iron Legion, a squad of armored suits, to help him save civilians in the event of major threats. Furthermore, the classic Iron Man suit itself has multiple mechanics that players could trick out with. Allowing players to experiment with different builds and their mechanics and finding their perfect type of armor would only excel one’s gameplay experience.

Moving forward, EA Motive has recently confirmed that the Iron Man game is still in its pre-production stage. That being said, it is very much possible for the devs to just be experimenting with different mechanics for now. A similar job listing has also suggested earlier that the single-player title will be based in an open world

EA Motive Iron Man game is yet to see any prominent update and will probably be released in a few years. While the title’s gameplay quality remains uncertain, it is worth noting that Motive impressed the masses earlier this year with Dead Space Remake, sending a glimmer of hope for  Iron Man fans who long for a standout video game starring their favorite superhero.
