You need to solve the Stone Disc puzzle to open the door to the Underdark, where you can find more secrets and dangers.

  1. First of all, in order to get to the puzzle room, you will have to find the Defiled Temple.
  2. The entrance to the Defiled Temple can be found in the western area of the Shattered Sanctum, where the Goblin Priestess was.
  3. In this area, you will encounter a door. Lock pick this door to open it.
  4. Once you open the door and enter the temple, you will encounter the bodyguard of the high priestess known as Polma.
  5. Defeat Polma in order to proceed further.

After defeating Polma, keep moving forward until you reach a room with four discs on the ground. This is the Stone Disc Puzzle. To be precise, there is no specific way of solving the puzzle. All you have to do is to make sure that you arrange the discs in such a manner that all of the black holes are on the bottom disc.
