Baldur’s Gate 3: 7 BEST Act 2 Weapons [Expert’s Take]

This guide contains information on the best weapons available in Baldur's Gate 3 during Act 2, and how to acquire them.

A vast number of weapons are featured in Baldur’s Gate 3. However, some of these weapons are act-specific. This means that these weapons will be available only in one act and may not be made part of the other. If players do not acquire them during the specific act, they will be lost.

Key Takeaways
  • BG3’s Best Act 2 Weapons can grant players an advantage during their battles due to their high damage-dealing ability or other useful skills these weapons contain.
  • However, if players do not get their hands on these weapons during Act 2 of BG3, then they may never be able to obtain some of these weapons.

Why I Didn’t Go For Others

Here are some additional Best Act 2 Weapons in Baldur’s Gate 3 that I didn’t cover in the guide but are worth noting:

  • Titanstring Bow: A viable option, but it has inconsistent damage output compared to the other weapons I mentioned earlier.
  • Shar’s Spear of Evening: While it’s an excellent option, its damage bonus doesn’t consistently scale with character level, reducing late-game effectiveness.
  • Selune’s Spear of Night: It is a powerful weapon that grants the wielder advantage on Wisdom saving throws and Perception checks, but acquiring it is difficult.
