Diablo 4: Legion Events [Location & Walkthrough]

Learn everything about the challenging Legion Events and everything that comes along it.

Legion Event in Diablo 4 or the Gathering Legions Events randomly spawn around the map and are tougher versions of the already-known World Events. If you ask me, it isn’t going to be easy as you’ll be fighting not only against tough enemies but also against time for the best possible rewards.

Key Takeaways
  • Legion Events in Diablo 4 are advanced World Events with challenging enemies and time constraints.
  • You must reach the event location within a short time frame once it appears.
  • The event comprises three stages, demanding your best Diablo 4 classes for success.
  • Beat waves of enemies within time limits to summon three Servants of Hell.
  • Failing to defeat enemies in time triggers the final boss’s appearance.
  • The final boss also emerges if you defeat all three servants.
  • After defeating the boss, the Legion Event concludes.
Important: Legion Events are extremely hard to beat solo, so make sure you attempt these with friends or other online players.

What Are Legion Events In Diablo 4?

Legion Event in Diablo 4 is challenging, but completing it is essential as it provides substantial rewards, including equipment, gold, XP, and gems.

How To Find Legion Events?

Unlike World Events, you are not directly notified about ongoing Legion Events happening around the map. You’ll have to be on the lookout for these events yourself.

These are the possible spawn locations of the Legion Event that I could find:

  • Norgoi Vigil – Dry Steppes
  • Kor Dragan – Fractured Peaks
  • Carrowcrest Ruins – Scosglen

There is a small time limit before the event starts, and you’ll have to make it to the location before that happens. If you don’t make it in time, then you will miss the event entirely and won’t be allowed to participate.

Completing A Legion Event In Diablo 4?

Legion Events are divided into three parts, which include waves of enemies, Servants of Hell, and a final boss. All of these are timed when you’re running against the clock while fighting enemies.

  1. You’ll have to beat the enemies within the given time limit to spawn the Servant of Hell.
  2. Next, you’ll need to defeat the Servant of Hell while staying within another time limit.
  3. There are three Servants of Hell that you can spawn and kill if you manage to clear the waves in time.
  4. The final boss will spawn if you fail to defeat enemies within the time limit.
  5. The final boss also spawns when you defeat three Servants of Hell.

Legion Events are also really tough to beat solo, so I will recommend you play with other players or your friends in co-op.

Waves Of Enemies

The event starts by spawning waves of enemies that you’ll have to defeat within the given time limit, or the final boss will spawn in.

  • Defeating a wave will spawn in a Servant of Hell.
  • There are three Servants of Hell that you can spawn if you manage to defeat three waves.
  • The next wave is going to have a shorter time limit than the one before it additionally.

Servants Of Hell

This fight will also be timed, and you’ll have to defeat the Servant of Hell before the timer runs out. If you fail to do so, the final boss will spawn.

  • Servants of Hell spawn in with invincibility on the battlefield.
  • You’ll have to destroy the structures that shield these enemies before you can deal damage.
  • The more Servants of Hell you beat, the more rewards you’ll get at the end of the event.

Final Bossfight

Depending upon the location of the Legion Event, you will have to fight against a different final boss. In my case, I had to fight against the Khazra Abomination near the Dry Steppes at the end of the Legion Event. After you’re done defeating the final boss with your best class and best build, the event will end.

You’ll receive the rewards, which include the following:

  • Equipment
  • Gold
  • XP
  • Gems

The Diablo franchise makes a return with Diablo 4, and it is still extremely fun to play. The sheer amount of builds that you can make for all classes, including Barbarian, Rogue, Sorcerer, Druid, and Necromancer, is really amazing. You can explore a huge map filled with dungeons to beat. There are even various strongholds scattered around the map that you can conquer.

This concludes my guide on Diablo 4’s Legion Events or the Gathering Legions Events that can randomly spawn around the map and are tougher World Events. I have not only explained the location of these events but also how to complete these events in detail.
