The build incentivizes Rackam’s ability to handle battles from range and boosts his potential for ranged battle tenfold. It also focuses on increasing the survivability of Rackam on the battlefield so that he can continue his rampage for as long as possible. However, since I’m going all out on offense for this build, you must add the best support character in your party for Rackam.

Weapons
Since I’m focusing on the critical damage coming out of Rackam’s bullets, I decided to go for the Timamat Bolt Omega as the best main weapon for my build. It is also easier to get since you can forge it with the right materials in Granblue Fantasy Relink. Paired with the right sigils, the Tiamat Bolt Omega can absolutely shred bosses.
As the weapon’s trait is to increase the critical hit rate, I decided to use sigils that boost critical damage. This means that not only does the critical damage itself increase, but the chance of critical hits occurring during battle also increases.

- Uses of Bullet Hail: It can be used to quickly take care of large groups of enemies or ganks in boss fights, which will then allow you to focus on the boss.
- Uses of Coffinmaker: Incentivize this skill in boss fights and let Rackam rain down a barrage of bullets on the boss.
- Uses of Wild Gunsmoke: Use the skill when your health is high since it decreases Rackam’s defense but increases the critical hit rate.
- Uses of Collateral Damage: Another powerful move that should be used to gravely damage the boss or to quickly clear out ganks.

As you can already guess from the table above, I’ve decided to maximize Rackam’s damage potential from range. So much so that I’ve also sacrificed his defense to get an even bigger damage boost, as Rackam is a ranged character, you will mostly stay away from enemies and bosses, making you less likely to get hit during battle.
How To Recruit Rackam
Rackam is included in the starting characters that automatically get unlocked after completing the tutorial mission in Granblue Fantasy Relink. There is no need to grind for Crewmate Cards to unlock Rackam since you can start using him as the party leader from the very beginning.
