How To Get The Probability Cord Ring

The Probability Cord can be found in the Root Earth – Corrupted Harbor dungeon.

You must follow the following steps I’ve listed to get it:

1. Start at the checkpoint in the boiler room.

   

2. Go up the stairs and look for a lengthy root on the side to walk on.
3. Follow the root to the end and jump off.

   

4. The Probability Cord will be on a ledge nearby.

It is a drop from the final boss of Root Earth Corrupted Harbor. You must note that the Probability Cord is a scarce item drop, so you might have to complete the dungeon multiple times to get it. 

Even though the Probability Cord is a random drop, I’d recommend the following tips can increase the chances of acquiring it early in Remnant 2:

• Make sure you have a good map of the Corrupted Harbor dungeon to help you find the root that leads to the ring.
• Bring a potent weapon that can deal much damage; this will help you clear the dungeon quickly and easily.
• If you’re playing with friends, you can each search for the ring. 

Probability Cord Effects

The Probability Cord Increases Critical Damage by 30%. Any critical hits you land will deal 30% more damage. Critical hits land when you score a perfect headshot or a body shot with a weapon with a high critical hit chance.

The Probability Cord is a potent ring, especially for critical damage builds. If you’re able to land critical hits consistently, then the Probability Cord will give you a significant boost to your damage output.

• Reduces your maximum health by 10%, making you more vulnerable to damage.
• It is a ring, so you can only wear one at a time.
• It is a random drop, so there is no guarantee that you will get it.

The specific effects of each ring vary, so it is essential to read the descriptions carefully before equipping one, in my opinion. Rings can be a powerful way to customize your builds in Remnant 2 and improve your chances of success in battle. Probability Cord is the most sought ring among them. 

The same is the case with the Probability Cord. Although the critical attacks are boosted by 30%, the health decreases by 10%. If you like offensive playing, I think this ring is a good choice.
