It’s not easy for everyone to purchase games at full price in the current economic climate. As a result, many people wait for sales to get their favorite games at a discounted price. The PlayStation Store is popular for regularly launching amazing promotions that heavily discount new and old AAA games.

Now, a new sale is commencing on the PlayStation Store, and it is called the “Critics’ Choice Sale.” Starting today, this promotion will allow you to buy universally acclaimed games for a cut price. Hence, saving you a lot of money.

No matter what industry it is, the sales season is a big part of all of them. People wait a long time for major sales like those on black Friday and holidays to get the products they want for less money. Gaming is no exception to this rule and gaming products are among the best-sellers on such occasions.

Recently, next-gen consoles dominated the Black Friday and Christmas sales of 2022. Xbox Series X was the best-selling overall product in the US on Black Friday. On the other hand, Nintendo Switch dominated Thanksgiving sales and was the most-sold item during this time.

PlayStation 5 was also not behind these consoles, as the Sony product ruled the Christmas period. It was the most in-demand present in the US, while the Switch was No.2. Hence, the gaming industry’s flagship products dominated the general sales market.

Similarly, video games were also among the chartbusters, as God of War Ragnarok and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II dominated the holiday season.

Even though they appear on these third-party retailers’ lists, most people buy them directly from first-party stores. And one such market is the PlayStation Store, which brings remarkable deals to consumers.

The new promotion in the store is the Critics’ Choice sale, which will last for two weeks. Via this sale, players are getting discounts on some heavy hitters. PlayStation Blog first informed the masses of this new sales promotion with a list of games available in it.

You can see the full list yourself on the PlayStation Store, but we’ll list all the important titles for you. There are 371 items for sale in this promotion, and that includes video games, season passes, and other stuff.

NBA 2K23, Dying Light 2, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II, Madden NFL 23, and Need for Speed Unbound are among the new releases this promotion has.

This is just the tip of the iceberg, as the promotion has many other brilliant games on sale.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, F1 22, Sonic Frontiers, and The Quarry are just some of the other titles you can purchase. So, head over to the PlayStation Store and buy any game you want to play. The Critics’ Choice promotion will last from Wednesday, February 1, to Wednesday, February 15
