In close-range engagements, you often run out of ammo due to non-stop combat actions. To counter the issue, I use the Munition Box to get an extra supply of ammo and keep the action going. Finally, to add a bit of spice to the overall action, I carry some grenades and use them when needed to catch enemies off-guard.

For lethal, you can go for the classical Frag Grenade, as nothing can beat the satisfaction of getting a neat kill with a timely cook grenade. For tactical, using the Stun Grenade is a decent choice as it helps to rush indoors and take out campers without giving them the opportunity to react. 

My Opinion On MTZ-556 

After playing for more than 40 hours and testing out the MTZ in Warzone and Team Deathmatches, I will say that it is a pretty reliable assault rifle that is worth upgrading. If you decide to carry progression on the weapon, you will not regret it. The firearm offers decent recoil control and is easier to handle, which makes it a good option for beginners or those who struggle to cope with heavy recoils.
