The insider received the info from a source that is known for providing legit Fortnite leaks ahead of their official reveals. The datamined info usually proves to be quite correct because it is dug straight from the game’s files. Another prominent insider, Shiina, corroborated the info, seemingly doubling down on the enticing collaboration.

Moreover, we can anticipate more goodies to leeway into the new Resident Evil collab. In addition to new skins, Epic Games could incorporate other cosmetic items such as Back Blings, Harvesting Tools, and Gliders as part of the rumored Fortnite collaboration with Resident Evil.

Unfortunately, no details beyond the stated tweets are known regarding the new Fortnite and Resident Evil collab. Only two skins have been confirmed by the leakers so far. Additionally, the official character designs, challenges, or quests in Fortnite have not yet been leaked at the time of writing.

Regardless, we can expect the bundle to cost upwards of 2000 V-bucks or anything around it; it will drain your pockets since the new skins will fall under the umbrella of the Gaming Legends series. It is rumored that the crossover is evidently happening due to the hyped Resident Evil 4 remake, which is set to arrive later this month.

It is also not the first time Fortnite is slating to collaborate with the Resident Evil franchise; for instance, the stellar battle royale added Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine to the game back in November 2021. Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine skins may also make an appearance with the upcoming Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield skins.

All in all, we will be able to play as Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield in Fortnite’s Chapter 4 Season 2, which will begin on March 11, 2023. However, an exact release date is unknown, and the leakers were unable to affirm a specific date. Nevertheless, the anticipated collab will be available in the game’s item shop in a few weeks.

Epic Games has not yet officially announced the eye-catching bundle, and no details have been revealed besides the leaks. We suggest taking the news with a slight grain of salt, as the rumors of a new Fortnite and Resident Evil partnership could prove to be wrong.

Fortnite is well-renowned for partnering with all the big names in the entertainment media, like games, anime, and the horizons of Hollywood. For instance, Fortnite has recently shaken hands with Dead Space’s protagonist, Isaac Clarke. Furthermore, Starfire from Teen Titans has also made an appearance in the popular entry.

As a result, the entry has only flourished over time, with its popularity causing developers to add exciting new updates. A first-person mode has been rumored for the game at one point. Amazon Luna could also see the addition of Fortnite in its library soon.
