Elden Ring: All Legendary Armaments Locations & Stats

One of the most sought-after equipment in Elden Ring is the Legendary Armaments as they unlock one of the highest achievements in the game. Legendary Armaments are highly powerful weapons that are used against some of the major bosses. You will need to find all nine Legendary Armaments if you want to unlock the Legendary Armaments Trophy and achievement.

Some of the legendary armaments themselves are collected by defeating field bosses are you completing quests of certain NPCs. Also, you will find them in various locations throughout The Lands Between.

Furthermore, in order to get all the Legendary Armaments, you will have to go through the entire game itself and the main campaign. Some armaments are a part of side quests as well.  

All Legendary Armaments

Based on my gameplay experience, to get a trophy for completion of Elden Ring, you would be required to collect all legendary Armaments, which are also some of the best weapons in the game you can use to make the best builds in Elden Ring. I have listed all of the legendary weapons in the game here below.

Devourer’s Scepter

The Devourer’s Scepter is a strong Warhammer in Elden Ring. This weapon is recommended, especially if you are using a Strength build. The Devourer’s Scepter requires 24 strength and can inflict severe physical damage to enemies and bosses. On the subject of bosses, consider reading our Bosses Tier List.

The weapon has a base physical damage of 107, which increases based on your character’s strength, dexterity, and faith attributes. Devourer’s Scepter can destroy an enemy’s armor, giving you an opening to attack. As per my experience, the weapon skill can drain some HP from all the enemies within the range of the attack. You can get the Devourer’s Scepter by defeating Knight Bernahl in the Warmaster Shack or battling him in Crumbling Farm Azula. 

Sword of Night and Flame

The Sword of Night and Flame excels with diverse attributes for damage, requiring just a strength stat of 12. It maximizes damage with high Intelligence and Faith, minimizing reliance on strength and dexterity. Ideal for faith and intelligence builds, I believe this weapon delivers potent physical and magical damage, ranking among the best for such builds. Additionally, it stands out for Pyromancy builds when using Night and Flame weapons.

The weapon skill would allow the players to use a Night Comet sorcery attack following up a normal attack. In my opinion, Players can also choose to make a sweeping flame attack after a normal attack that can wipe off nearby enemies. You can find the Sword of Night and Flame near the manor lower-level Site of Grace.

Head outside towards the left and jump to the building below the third tower, drop down again to get to the building with the ladder, climb down the ladder, and head inside to find a chest with the sword inside it.

Ruin Greatsword

The Ruin Greatsword is a giant colossal sword that excels at physical damage. Moreover, you can also inflict a bit of magic damage with the help of this greatsword. Ruin Greatsword has a base physical damage stat of 124 and a magical stat of 37. I was surprised to know that the Ruin Greatsword’s attack increased immensely depending on my strength attribute. The excellent damaging potential makes this weapon one of the best legendary armaments in Elden Ring.

The weapon skill can damage multiple enemies at a time as it releases a wave of gravitational force when the sword is stuck on the ground. You can get the Ruin Greatsword from Redmane Castle after beating General Radahn and revisiting it. To get the Ruin Greatsword, you will have to defeat the “Misbegotten Warrior” and “Crucible Knight.”

Eclipse Shotel

The Eclipse Shotel is a uniquely designed curved sword in Elden Ring. This weapon’s damage increase primarily depends on your character’s dexterity and faith. Moreover, the damage also increases minimally depending on your strength. Eclipse Shotel is one of the best weapons, especially if you are going for a faith or dexterity build. The weapon can also deal tremendous physical and holy damage. It’s genuinely one of the best legendary weapons in Elden Ring because of its damage capabilities.

The weapon skill of Eclipse Shotel can inflict death ailment on enemies. This would set the lusterless sun ablaze, making the enemies affected by death ailment and dealing additional damage. You can find it in Castle Sol near the Church of Eclipse Site of Grace. You can spot it in one of the corners of the Church. Marais Executioner’s Sword

The Marais Executioner’s Sword is one of the best greatswords for strength builds because the weapon’s damage increases immensely depending on your strength attribute. The weapon is excellent for a melee build as it can take down many enemies with its strong physical and magical attack.

Marais Executioner’s Sword is known for its corkscrew attack style during its weapon skill. The player’s sword is fused with energy, and then it attacks the enemies in a corkscrew attack. I was surprised to know that the cruel corkscrew spin can deal continuous significant damage, decimating your opponent. If you charge your attack, the duration and range of the corkscrew attack will increase. You can obtain the Marais Executioner’s Sword in The Shaded Castle after beating Elmer of The Briar.

Bolt of Gransax

The Bolt of Gransax is an excellent spear and one of the best legendary armaments in Elden Ring due to its significant physical damage and ability to inflict lightning alongside attacks. The weapon requires high dexterity to equip, and it’s a good choice for your dexterity builds. The weapon’s damage would increase depending on your strength and dexterity attributes.

The weapon skill would infuse the spear with lightning and throw it to deal significant damage. You can charge the attack to increase damage numbers. You can obtain this weapon in Lyndell Royal Capital. Once you are done defeating Godfrey, walk outside from the west door and take an elevator down to find the Bolt of Gransax. You can also obtain the spear when you first walk into Lyndell near the location where the spear has pierced the wall.

Golden Order Greatsword

The Golden Order Greatsword is a fantastic weapon, especially if you want to inflict significant holy damage on your enemies and good physical damage. The weapon’s damage would increase significantly depending on the Faith attribute, so Golden Order Greatsword is a good choice for faith and melee builds. The weapon also depends on the strength and dexterity attribute for decent damage numbers.

I experienced that the weapon skill would release a tremendous golden explosion that can inflict massive damage on the enemies; you can also repeatedly release small waves of energy. You can obtain the Golden Order Greatsword in the Cave of The Forlorn once you defeat the Misbegotten Crusader.

Grafted Blade Greatsword

The Grafted Blade Greatsword is an intimidating-looking colossal greatsword that is often considered one of the best legendary weapons in Elden Ring for your strength builds. The weapon damage increases significantly depending on your strength while also getting a decent increase from your dexterity attribute. Grafted Blade Greatsword packs tremendous power inside it and can take down bosses and enemies effortlessly. I believe you would need a high strength of 40 to wield this weapon.

During the weapon skill, the character will swear an oath for revenge, which would temporarily raise the stats of all attributes. Raising all attributes during combat can be helpful in the challenging world of Elden Ring, so using this skill is recommended. After beating Leonine Misbegotten boss inside Castle Morne, Weeping Peninsula, you can obtain the sword.

Dark Moon Greatsword

The Dark Moon Greatsword is one of the most potent weapons in the game as it can inflict tremendous physical and magical damage to the enemies. This weapon is a great choice, especially if you are using an Intelligence build because the damage increases significantly depending on your strength attribute. Moreover, strength and dexterity attributes can increase damage significantly as well.

During the weapon skill, the character would raise the sword towards the sky, making the sword shine in the moonlight. The weapon skill would significantly increase the damage dealt by magical attacks; In addition, it will infuse the greatsword with frost. Fun fact is that If you charge your attacks, you can launch blasts of moonlight.

Godslayer’s Greatsword (Optional)

Godslayer’s Greatsword is a legendary optional armament in Elden Ring that isn’t required for you to get the trophy. Still getting it is recommended as it is a fantastic weapon, especially if you want to inflict fire damage. The raw physical damage potential of the Godslayer’s Greatsword is immense and would be helpful against bosses and enemies. The weapon’s damage would depend on strength, dexterity, and faith attributes.

The weapon skill can inflict significant damage as it would first set an enemy ablaze and follow up with a strong slash attack. The Black Flames would continuously reduce the opponent’s hp. You can obtain the Godslayer’s Greatsword after beating the Godskin Apostle. You will find the chest containing the weapon just behind the boss arena.

The Legendary Armaments Achievement 

Once you have collected all the Legendary Armaments you will be able to unlock one of the highest-end game achievements. However, sometimes the achievement doesn’t work. This can be due to the bugging of the Legendary Armaments in Elden Ring achievement and it can be fixed in a very simple way. 

I suggest you to put all your Legendary Armaments in the Storage when you visit a Site Of Grace. Take them out again. Also, if you are playing on Steam then you can simply restart the game client and you will get the achievement when you launch the game again.

Also, you can try another method to get the legendary achievement. You just need to drop all your weapons and pick them back up again. Doing so will fix the bugging issue of Legendary Armament’s achievement not showing up in Elden Ring.
