Last Epoch Has Surpassed 2.1 Million Copies In One Month

Released back in February, Last Epoch hyped up players with its apparent souls-like and rouge-like gameplay loop and unique art style. The game’s main appeal was its 15 unique classes all with their respective weapon sets and tools to traverse its world. The game recently crossed 2.1 million copies sold in just under 30 days, making it one of the fastest-selling indie games in recent memory.

Player Interest Continues To Rise For Last Epoch

The devs also revealed some stats regarding the player’s accomplishments, class stats, enemy stats, and many more. Some of the more interesting ones were the classes, and the most played one was Acolyte followed by Rouge and Mage. The peak users have hit over 250,000 players and the baddie with the highest kill count against players was Lagon: God Of Storms.

They also revealed the softcore player death count as well as the hardcore, and the results are staggering. Softcore players die almost 150 million times, while hardcore players barely hit 4 million.

The title shows that there is still a place for roguelike titles with steep learning curves and a huge array of playable classes and unique weaponry. Surprisingly, the game is still in its very first release version, and with so much success on its plate already, there’s sure to be more content to be consumed and more milestones to be broken.
