This is a roguelike construction slash management simulator that follows the tale of a lamb who must gather an army of worshippers for the deity that rescued it from death. Pretty interesting, right? Well, the gameplay is even better. Publisher Devolver Digital rarely disappoints with its indie formula, and Cult of the Lamb is a shining example of the company’s focus. 

eXputer’s 4.5/5.0 review of the roguelike holds it in high regard, praising its art style, humor, world-building, and often adorable displays of animation. The devs have that sport in them as well, recently adding a feature that no one really expected they’d go forward with after putting up what appeared to be a fairly comical post at the time.

Sonic Frontiers

Sonic Frontiers is arguably considered the best 3D game in the extended Sonic franchise, but it’s not without a fault that you’ll have to tackle. In August 2023, it was reported that Resident Evil 2 has become the highest-selling game in the franchise, with over 12 million units rolled over. It’s also worth noting that the shooter is part of PS Plus Extra, so if you’re already a member of the subscription service, consider trying it out first before you buy it and make it your own.
