Firstly, make your way to the Backwater Waypoint in Bosun’s Woe and wander along the north coast until you stumble upon a statue near the wrecked ship.

As you read the note, it says “Show her respect, and she will surely accompany you on your way. Ignore her, and suffer the same fate as these poor fools”.
