Diablo 4 Blood And Sweat Quest [Full Walkthrough]

There are many side quests in Diablo 4, such as Helltide, Legion Events, Donan’s Favor, and much more. But perhaps none of them are as emotional as the Diablo 4 Blood and Sweat quest, which showcases a unique bond between a parent and a child. However, getting through the quest can be quite tricky unless you know exactly what you’re doing.

How To Start Blood And Sweat

To initiate the “Blood and Sweat” quest in Diablo 4, there are crucial steps you need to follow. Here’s my suggested approach.

1. Reach Act 3 of the Campaign:
   • Ensure you have progressed to Act 3 of the campaign in Diablo 4. The quest location, Dry Steppes, is only accessible during Act 3.
2. Conquer the Ruins of Qara Yisu Stronghold/Dungeon:
   • Before starting the quest, you must conquer the Ruins of Qara Yisu Stronghold/Dungeon.
   • This stronghold can be challenging, requiring you to destroy Infernal Spires and overcome a mini-boss.
   • The minimum recommended level for tackling the stronghold is 45, but enemies will be two levels higher than your character.
3. Explore the Southern Part of the Village:
   • After successfully reclaiming the stronghold, journey to the southern part of the village in the Dry Steppes.
   • Amidst the carnage, you’ll find a corpse with a bloodstained letter near it.
4. Interact with the Bloodstained Letter:
   • Accept the “Blood and Sweat” quest by interacting with the bloodstained letter found near the corpse.
   • The letter contains a poignant message from the deceased’s loved one, urging them to return home and expressing longing for their presence.

Now, you’re ready to embark on the “Blood and Sweat” quest. Armed with this knowledge, you can confidently navigate your way through the Ruins of Qara Yisu Stronghold and onto the next stage of your Diablo 4 journey.

Finding Little Tuya

To find Little Tuya in Diablo:

1. Head to a Disturbed Stone in the northern part of the ruins of Qara-Yisu.
2. Interact with the Disturbed Stone to reveal the Crude Doll, also known as Little Tuya.

Additionally, on the Qara-Yisu map in the Dry Steppes, look for a small blue circle indicating the search area. Follow these steps for an efficient search:

1. Among the structures within the blue circle, locate the only roof you can ascend.
2. Climb the roof and find several stones.
3. Turn the stone on the right to reveal the Little Tuya doll, marked with aqua-colored text, your quest item.

Completion And Rewards

Once you’ve found the “Crude Doll,” all you need to do is return it to NPC Tuya, which will complete the side quest. Here’s how I was able to do it:

1. Travel to the city of Alzuuda, where you’ll find Tuya. You’ll likely have the waypoint unlocked; if not, make sure to grab it as well.
2. Tuya can be found in the northern part of the city. You can perhaps use a mount to get there faster.
3. Give her the doll to complete the side quest.

Finally, after completing the quest, you will be given some useful rewards listed as follows:

• 20 Dry Steppes Renown
• Gold & XP in accordance with your Character’s level

With that, you know everything about the Diablo 4 Blood and Sweat side quest. It is quite a straightforward quest, but finding Little Tuya can be quite challenging as the marker on the map is slightly deceiving. Regardless, once you finish the quest, you’ll get some useful rewards.
